Real Money Trading

Refunds and charge-backs are NOT allowed and will result in a full game ban.

The exchange of currency or assets on Rogue Asylum for real-world money or services (including currency and assets from other games) is strictly prohibited.

Staff will be looking for buyers and sellers on and off-site.
No warnings will be given.

Players will have all goods removed and be subject to a lengthy game ban and could be banned permanently.

No Multiple Accounts

Players are only allowed to have one account that is run by that player and only that player.

Owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being put in prison (BANNED).

If you are on the same IP as another player for any reason, message staff and let them know ASAP.

Note: Not all bans will be permanent in some circumstances it will be temporary. (For example, the player has more than one account but has had zero interactions with the other accounts.

No Account Sharing/Trading

The person who first registered an account is its true owner account may be ran by that player and only that player.

Staff will constantly be looking for account sellers on and off the game.

Any and all accounts involved will be BANNED on the first offense without warning.

Sharing your account/letting someone play for you while you are away will result in all associated accounts(Your account and the other players account) being put in prison(BANNED).

Note: Not all bans will be permanent in some circumstances it will be temporary.

No Advertising

Promoting/advertising any content that is non-Rogue Asylum game related (requesting anyone sign up for another game, website, or service) is not permitted and will result in being placed in prison (BANNED).
If you talk about other games, use abbreviated names. For example Rogue Asylum is RA.

All Rogue Asylum game related advertising is permitted in appropriate areas.

Note: Ban length will depend on severity in some circumstances, it will be permanent.

Take Responsibility

Don't give out your login email or password to anyone.

Scamming is permitted but is not recommended.
Don't complain to staff if you send money or items to someone you do not know and get scammed.

You are responsible for whatever happens on your account!
Don't go scamming people and then complaining to staff when they retaliate.

Play Fair

Do not use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots, macros or other automation tools), hacks, mods, or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify the game’s experience.

Bug exploitation is prohibited. If you find a bug, report it through our bug report system.

Mild swearing is permitted

Swearing/cursing is permitted.

Do not be excessive.

This does not mean you can bully other players then say "swearing is allowed".

breaking these rules will cause a social (messages, chat, forums, etc) ban and or prison (BANNED) time.

No Discrimination or Harassment

Treat all players with respect.

Absolutely no harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, and abusive language is not tolerated.

Do not engage in any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, pregnancy, or any other personal characteristic.

No Spamming/Flooding

Do not flood/spam (duplicated, irrelevant, or illegible text) anywhere in the game. Most importantly, do not spam staff mailbox’s, if you have a problem, message one of us one or drop it in the Help Desk.

Do not mail staff repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members about the same issue.

Staff will try to deal with your problem in a timely manner.

No obscene images

You are not permitted to add any images with any type of obscene content, for example Pornographic, sexually explicit, or super gory material.

It will be removed, and may result in prison (BANNED) time.

• Some common sense rules are not posted here yet. If you can’t determine the difference between what is ok, and what is not, you should not be interacting with other players until you do understand or have spoken to a staff member.


• If you feel a member of staff is bothering you, being unfair or just weird, feel free to message an administrator.


• These rules are subject to change at any time without notice. Check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.

Violation of game rules may result in actions against your account, including but not limited to warnings, limiting game functionality, temporary bans, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the infraction. We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case-by-case basis.
